Information we collect

When you register, we collect the information you enter in the registration form, including your full name, email address and mobile number. We may also receive or create information connected with your registration such as a registration ID, Razorpay payment or order reference, payment status, payment method, referral and campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, webinar attendance information, certificate information and event-support records.

Full card, UPI PIN, bank-account login or other payment credentials are not collected or stored by this website. Payment processing is handled through Razorpay.

Why we use this information

We use registration and related information to create and verify your webinar registration, process and reconcile payment, send confirmation and reminder messages, provide private Google Meet access, communicate event updates, reconcile attendance, issue eligible Certificates of Participation, provide webinar resources or support, prevent misuse and maintain operational, accounting, tax and security records.

Analytics

If you choose Allow analytics in the cookie banner, this website loads Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics may collect information about visits and interactions such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser information, referral source, campaign parameters and interaction events. The Google Analytics measurement ID used by this website is G-KYJ6C7LYBB.

If you choose Essential only, this website does not intentionally load the Google Analytics tag. Essential browser storage may still be used for your cookie choice and to preserve campaign attribution during the registration journey.

Service providers

We use service providers needed to operate the webinar and website, including Google services for hosting, analytics, email and Google Meet, and Razorpay for payment processing. Information may be processed by these providers as necessary to provide their services and is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Data retention

Registration, transaction, communication and attendance records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for event administration, participant support, certificate verification, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security and legal obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable requirements.

Your choices and requests

You can choose Essential only in the cookie banner to decline optional Google Analytics on this website. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings.
