Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the ₹99 registration fee for the Can AI Build Real Software? webinar.

Organizer cancellation

If the organizer cancels the webinar and does not provide a replacement session, the registration fee will be eligible for refund to the original payment method.

Material rescheduling

If the webinar is materially rescheduled, confirmed registrants will be informed using the contact details supplied during registration and will be told what participation or refund options are available.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If the same registration is charged more than once or an evident payment-processing error occurs, contact the organizer with the relevant payment reference so the transaction can be reviewed.

Attendee cancellation and non-attendance

Because this is a low-cost, date-specific live event, the ₹99 registration fee is non-refundable for attendee cancellation, change of mind or non-attendance once payment has been successfully confirmed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This does not affect the organizer-cancellation, material-rescheduling, duplicate-charge or payment-error provisions above.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Actual settlement time may depend on Razorpay, the issuing bank and the payment method.
